The 36th day Kabbalistic Meditation. On the road to repentance – take the risk

Every blockage you have with someone else is a blockage between you and the LIGHT. As diplomatically as possible, approach some of these people and let them know that if in any way you have hurt or offended them, you are sincerely sorry. Whether or not they accept the apology is irrelevent because it is your willingness to humble yourself that reveals the LIGHT for both you and them.

The Forty Day Meditation

Hi everyone – we are starting today a period of time – forty days – like Mosess who spent forty days on Mount Sinai to receive the Ten Utterances – we have a forty day period to prepare ourselves for the next year. Rosh Hashannah – the head of the New Year will be on day 31 and the process will end on Yom Kippur Known as the Day of Atonement. I hope to explain this whole process over the next forty days.

Today starts this process. Today is the beginning of the month of Virgo. The month of the virgin, the month of purity, the month of cleansing to achieve the state of “purity”. The month of Virgo is connected to the energy of Binah. Binah is our energy store. The numerical value of Elul is the same as Binah.There is a definite connection between the two.

What is purity? We define this as the process, that we will engage in over the next forty days, that will cleanse us of our negative actions that we did over the past year. This also needs explaining. Simply put we are responsible for our actions. The law of cause and effect is always in force. There are things that we are aware of and we must do – take an action – to correct that which we did. There are also actions and things that we have done that we are not really aware of- ignorance is no excuse – this is another law.

This forty day period is given to us as a time to discover all the things that we are not aware of and to bring it into consciousness. Once we bring it into awareness we can begin to deal with the issues. The next process after awareness is called “repentance”. This will also need to be explained. Simply put by the Zohar – all the actions that we are not aware of – Satan will find them and bring them to your spiritual trial that begins on Rosh Hashanah. Every action that we bring into awareness the satan will not have dominion. So lets do our work over the next forty days.

Friday August 21 – The arrows that pierce you the most are the ones released from your own bow. Self-doubt and self-hatred are your biggest obstacles in life.

Fresh Start

Hi everyone – It has been a while since I posted _ I am not sure why I needed the break but with new enthusiasm I plan a fresh start. My last post started with Tisha Bav and this is what I wrote and I will continue today as a fresh start. – I hope all who fasted today – Tisha Bav – had an easy fast and all those who did not I hope you had a wonderful day. My fast was easy thank God, and it seemed to be a day full of peace and harmony in the cosmos. I hope this energy passes on for the rest of this powerful month of Leo and into the forthcoming New Year starting with Rosh Hashanah in the middle of September. My Tisha Bav experience was really good. I felt a cosmic change happened and I felt good and optimistic. Yet I have not posted since then. I have been more active in my daily life and I am grateful for the previous posts and discussions. I hope they have helped others and as this information is put into the cosmos things will change. I know I have changed – even if it is only a small change a change it is. The Zohar tells us – open for me a space the size of the eye of a needle – and change will occur. I think we have opened up that space and now it is time to continue.

I use the words “fresh start” These words are a title of a book that I received a few months ago – before I started the blog. The book is written by Edwige Gilbert – The Fresh Start Promise. It is a book on meditation. I have not read the whole book but it did open up a new thought and I am grateful for that fresh start.

As I said things have started anew and in the next post I will catch up
